We present you Modern Indian, European, Asian Progressive Cuisine as a juvenile concept in this century. Authentic Indian foods have been prepared from many years by the regional locals and by many Legend Chefs across India. Every state of India has a different preparation which varies from one to another across the country. But before we set off to conquer the world with our culinary creativity, our chronicle traditions and techniques is of absolute importance. The way to keep food traditions alive is to keep cooking in the same process like the ancestors or regional’s did and then put our own creativity to modernize progressive thoughts. The combination of both is to have exceptional flavors and recreate the balance of culinary expeditions.
